HOW CAN I CONTACT YOU?

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Delivery of your items can take anywhere from 2-10 days business day, depending on your location. We ship within 24 hours of placing order via UPS or USPS.

Orders will be sent from Glendale, California.


WHAT CREDIT CARDS DO YOU ACCEPT?

You can pay via PayPal. PayPal accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express and Bank Debit Cards.


WILL TAX BE CHARGED TO MY ORDER?

Only residents of California will be charged sales tax of 9.75%.


HOW DO I CLAIM DAMAGED ITEMS?

If you receive a box that has been damaged, please call us or email us at sales@hotfashionfrenzy.com or via contact us page immediately so we can file a claim with UPS or USPS. If we are not notified of the damage claim with 3 days of receipt of your shipment, we will assume that the package was delivered in good condition. If the item you ordered was damaged during shipment please notify us immediately by e-mail at sales@hotfashionfrenzy.com.


WHAT SHOULD I DO WHEN I DO NOT RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?

If your package does not arrive within 10 days of your order date, please contact us so we can initiate a claim with the Postal Service or UPS. In the unlikely event your package is lost; we will file a claim with UPS and re-ship your order at no additional charge to you.
